I am a motivated, hard working airline pilot with experience in providing a commercially efficient and safe product on the UK’s flagship carriers short haul network, whilst also delivering a high level of customer service. I have two years of training in technical skills which have given me high level of manual and automatic flying ability, as well as extensive technical knowledge. I have also had extensive training in non-technical skills throughout my training and have attended multiple CRM (Crew Resource Management) courses. These  skills include leadership, teamwork, communication and decision making. I have not only learnt how to use these skills in a wide variety of situations, I have also gained practical experience at using them in a safety critical environment while simultaneously striving to provide the best possible customer experience, alongside the rest of the crew.
