Entering the PilotsTogether Raffle:

  • You must be over 16 to buy tickets in the PilotsTogether raffles and you cannot buy tickets on behalf of anyone who is under 16.  Any tickets bought by or on behalf of somebody under the age of 16 will be ineligible to win a prize and the money spent on those tickets will be retained by PilotsTogether.
  • PilotsTogether raffles are only licensed for residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands). If you reside outside of this jurisdiction you must check your own eligibility to participate and applicability of local laws governing the purchase of raffle tickets. PilotsTogether will not be held liable for any inability to claim your prize caused by local regulations outside of Great Britain.
  • Participation in these raffles starts at £5 per raffle ticket. A raffle ticket is only eligible for the raffle for which it was purchased.  The maximum total value of tickets available is £20,000 per raffle.
  • Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by credit/debit card only.
  • Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received and approved.  Should your payment miss the closing time for the raffle due to a processing delay then your entry will not be included in the draw and your payment will be considered as a donation to the PilotsTogether charity.
  • PilotsTogether accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets from which the prize-winner cannot be contacted, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. PilotsTogether accepts no responsibility if your chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.
  • PilotsTogether cannot claim Gift Aid on raffle ticket monies, but Gift Aid can be claimed on donations.
  • PilotsTogether reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.  No refunds will be given.
  • PilotsTogether reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draws in the event of technical issues or force majeure.  No refunds will be offered.
  • All monies paid for entry into the raffles will be considered as a donation to the PilotsTogether charity and refunds will not be offered.

The Raffle Draw:

  • The closing date and prize draw date for each raffle draw is 6 December 2020. The prize winners will be randomly selected by computer on the draw date and the winners will be displayed on the winners page on the PilotsTogether website.
  • The first ticket drawn will win the first prize, the second ticket drawn will win the second prize, and this will continue until all the prizes have been won. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly.
  • The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winners will be notified by email or telephone no later than 3 weeks after the draw date. Winners’ names will be published on our website within 7 days of the draw taking place.

Once this deadline has passed, the unclaimed prize may be treated as PilotsTogether sees fit, and it may be returned to the raffle fund.  No refunds will be offered.

Raffle Prizes

  • Our prizes are listed on our website https://pilotstogether.org/raffle/
  • Prizes are subject to the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions and any complaints or queries relating to the use of or supply of the prize should be directed to the relevant supplier of the prize.
  • While we will endeavour to include as many details of each prize on our website as possible,  should you win a prize it is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to claim it.
